Return & Refund Policy – Urban Mills

Order Cancellation & Refunds

• If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
• If the order has already been dispatched, the customer will receive a 50% refund, while the remaining 50% will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Return Policy

Urban Mills does not have a return policy. However, in cases where the customer is unavailable at the provided address or fails to verify the OTP, a refund will be issued after deducting a penalty of ₹199/- or the total order value, whichever is higher, once the product is returned safely and in its original condition.

Concerns Related to Product Issues

If you receive a product that has a quality issue, expired product, packaging defect, physical damage, or an incorrect item, you can raise a concern by contacting our customer support via email or phone. While submitting your concern, please provide:

a) Order number
b) Item name(s)
c) Clear pictures of the product in question
d) Detailed description of the issue
e) Unboxing video (mandatory for leakage or missing items)

To be eligible for resolution, all concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Issues raised beyond this period will not be entertained.

Resolution Process

• Our team will review your complaint and respond at the earliest.
• If the concern is found valid, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the product.
• Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a physical inspection. If the claim is verified, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the product’s value for future purchases. No cash refunds will be provided.

Undelivered Orders

If you receive an email or SMS stating that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving such a notification. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
